Parent Volunteers
We Can't Do it Without You!
To make Outdoor Ed successful for everyone, we need parent help. As a parent, you will have a couple of responsibilities. You will stay with a group in one of the cabins, and travel with the cabin for the night time activities. Parents also get the choice (when you fill out our volunteer form) of traveling to all of the activities throughout the day with a group, or being an activity master! For example, as an activity master, you could be at seining for all of the rotations. As an activity traveler, you would go with a group of kids from seining to archery to the challenge course, and so on. This year, we will take the first 40 chaperones to sign up free of cost. After the first 40, the chaperones will have to pay $105 to cover their boarding and food costs.
